Agile Leadership is an evolving style of stewardship that incorporates key principles of effective group facilitation. Some hallmarks of this leadership style directly complement and reflect the Agile spirit, including participation and engagement, building the capability of the individual and the team, and creating an environment of trust and openness. We will present an overview of a framework that can help make the agile “dream” team a reality.
